Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.


Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:

 • Unopened and unused
 • In its original packaging, with all tags attached
 • In a resalable condition
 • Accompanied by any free gifts or promotional items included with the original purchase

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping:
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not currently offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your receipt as proof of return.


How to Return an Item:
 1. Package your item(s) securely, including your order number inside.
 2. Ship to the address provided by our customer care team.
 3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
