Do I qualify to Pay on Finance?

* You have to be 18 years older

* You need to be a UK resident - resident in the UK for at least 3 years

* Your total order spend has to be at least £249 – this can be made up of multiple items and

can include delivery charges

* You should have a debit card/ credit registered in your name and to your address

* You are able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit

* You will need to be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week)

There may be other conditions that affect the success of your application and more

information may be requested from you, for instance, proof of your income.

In some cases, V12 Retail Finance Limited ("V12") – our 3rd party financial services

provider may need more time to assess your application.

What if I’m not successful?

There are a number of reasons why your application may not be approved but you can still

make your purchase and pay in full using your debit/credit card.

Here are a few usual reasons why applications fail:

* You don’t meet the eligibility criteria

* A poor credit score

* Your financial records show poor account performance with other lenders or too many

financial commitments

Stock will only be allocated once the application has been completed and approved. We

reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time.
